We Take Time to Identify What's Most Important

Different than our typical engagement, our client sought to cut down on administrative tasks that distracted employees when working with technically non-savvy users. Since user experience was paramount we designed a solution in reverse, first establishing crucial aspects of the user interface and workflows, then working backwards to backend design. The client launched company-wide with resounding success.

Software Design with Strict Usability Requirements

Spearhead's client was a start-up addressing the technology needs of the elderly population. Facing a clientele with unique usability requirements, our client sought a custom solution to manage large group meetings and schedule appointments with users.

User-driven Solution Design

Ease of use and a seamless user experience were non-negotiable given the sensitivity of the platform's users to distracting or unintuitive workflows.

Spearhead designed and built a custom iPad application for managing user sign-ups, queues, and interactions during large events. Our solution provided clear navigation and easy to understand information for users, while maintaining record of user visits in a custom realtime database that was able to be integrated into existing company operations.

Result

Robust Functionality Wrapped in an Intuitive Interface

After a company-wide rollout the client saw an increase in appointments and user satisfaction. With our solution, customer sign-ups and sign-ins were managed seamlessly, allowing the client's employees to provide more personalized attention to users during visits, a process that had previously been handled manually.

Maintaining appointment history enabled our client to perform analysis on customer interactions, trends, and appointment duration.
